What we collect

If you fill in the quote form we collect the name, phone number, pickup address or ZIP code, service type and job description you enter, plus your email address if you choose to give one. That is the only information this website collects about you.

We do not run advertising pixels, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we collect it

Purely to quote and schedule your job. We use your phone number and email to reply with an estimate and confirm a time. Your address or ZIP tells us whether you are inside our service area.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and arrive in our business email inbox at Google. Those two providers process the message in order to hand it to us. Nobody else receives it.

If you call or text us instead, your phone carrier handles that message the way it handles any call or text.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Pages that show a satellite map load that map from Google, and Google may set its own cookies at that point — that is Google's, not ours, and it only happens on the pages showing a map.

We may add basic visitor analytics so we can see which pages people use. If we do, it will be counting page views, not identifying you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, invoice it, and meet our tax and insurance obligations. Requests that never turn into a job are cleared out once they are clearly stale.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (747) 335-3023 or email knockouthaulingteam@gmail.com and we will handle it ourselves — we are a small, owner-run business, so it reaches the owner directly.

California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This is a service for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date below.
